Epoxy Crack Injection
Concept: | The injection of epoxy (glue) under low pressure to fill the crack through the thickness of the foundation wall |
Repair Location: | Inside |
Most Significant Attribute: | Structural repair |
How It Works: | The crack is filled with epoxy which then hardens, eliminates the crack completely and binds the 2 sides of the wall together |
Average Job Time: | 2 hours for the repair of 1 crack |
Typical Cost: | $495 – $695 + HST |
Our Warranty: | 25 years – written and transferable |

Average Job Time: | 2 hours to repair 1 foundation crack |
Typical Cost: | $495 – $695 + HST |

Interior Perimeter Drain System Installation
Concept: | Water coming through foundation walls is channeled beneath basement floor and evacuated using a sump pump |
Repair Location: | Inside |
Most Significant Attribute: | Resolves both foundation leaks and problems from a high water table. This method of foundation waterproofing does not require the several weeks of lead time to locate underground utilities |
How It Works: | Water in a block foundation wall drains out of the bottom of the wall to a pipe system beneath the basement floor; the water is then pumped out of the basement. |
Average Job Time: | 1 day for a 30 foot system with a sump pump installation |
Typical Cost: | $4500 + HST |
Our Warranty: | 25 years – written and transferable |
